Here Comes The Bride

"He shot me down Bang bang, I hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound, Bang bang, my baby shot me down"
Before I could disclose the movie name let me depict the "work of genius".
Few weeks back I had an argument with my friend about the male domination n movies.
The role of heroine is unchanged in few of the movies
>They dress gorgeous, the are bouncy jumping and running inside and outside the house.....and obviously very rich...with a big family. She will fall in love with some unknown person, the recent movie poladavan has the same outline, the heroine will love Dhanush for 1 year but ultimately he is not her close friend,or even someone whom she knows but absolutely a stranger standin in the opposite bus stop and love blooms between them ending up with some song, even the songs are not on their own composition but imitated from the english rap nos.
> It very clearly shows tha there is no role for a heroine but to do the same identical job.

Then back to the argument with my friend , he told if gilrs could act in Phenomenal subjects no one will be in the theatres to watch those movies.I agree, but the way the film is produced not only lies in the hands of the actor but also lies on the crafts man.The movie krish was also a heroic subject but it dint give way to the film industry, cause it was the direction mistake with too much of unrealistic fights.

But thank God there is this Hollywood to save the females from such dominations of men.The movie Kill Bill aka Quentin Taranino's master piece an amazing movie maker with his first film 'Pulp Fiction' an oscar winning nominee has brought the light to film industry. The film goes like this , The Bride wakes up after a long coma. The baby that she carried before entering the coma is gone. The only thing on her mind is to have revenge on the assassination team that betrayed her - a team she was once part of,'The Bride' decided to escape her life as a killer. An amazing movie ive eva watched or may be one of the brilliant compositions of Tarantino's. It has a follow up Kill Bill2. So to those men who dominate, watch this movie and find out the girls emoional guts to fight the society.

I guess you forgot to watch Vijayshanthi movies in Telugu and Ramarajan movies in Tamil...oops Ramarajan doesn't belong to your female category....

hii...
good blog mate., but.. i can't agree entirely with u though,....

cinema is like any other industry.. where the rule of 'survival of fittest' still holds good... given a choice b/w
(a) a movie where a women plays a lead role
(b)lead role by S.R.K / aamir or hrithik etc.,
the bulk of the fairer sex would still opt for the latter...... (however good/socially significant the script may be in the former case)
so u really can't blame those who make the movie.... they also have to survive u know....
the day u ppl start watchin such movies u ll definitely find more women in the lead ....

social emanicipation of women rests in the hands of women...
now that most women have started comin out, mushroomin in all spheres... hopefully.. the utopia of 'equality' will soon be a reality... :-)
keep bloggin!!!!
(pss...u ll also find more movies with women given the lead role.. Lol :D )

good work
but hollywood makers give gud importance 2 female leads too
another example wud be waitress where kim russel really rocks
these films should be screened b4
tamil film makers who use heroines 4 item numbers alone
hope it changes
